The game sometimes overlaps the horde sounds depending on the horde size, meaning that you'd normally hear more and louder zombie noises if more are coming.
Considering that this mod changes the horde sound from zombie noises to an elderly man having a meltdown over evil being present nearby, you're gonna hear more EEEEEEEEVIIIIIIIL if more zombies are coming. Simple, right?
