a suggestion:
if thats possible, you could add for the IA ,is a tool to place things like for example, add a vault location so the IA knowns and will look to vault there in chases.

Maybe also a loop waypoint, so the NPC might try to loop you in there. a similar tool like the waypoint mod where you can save and etc

this is a good mod honestly, great work mate, I do want to ask if in the future you'd maybe think about adding stuff like the survivors being able to be hooked by the killers, just a thought, great mod nonetheless!

No worries, I think I'll just add a setting so it'll be possible to change acceleration to that value what is more preferable. I appreciate your opinion and support :DSTchester:

After some further tests, I see what you mean. But it's such a minuscule thing that I personally don't think it matters. I mean, the bots aren't gonna use it and possessors, well it'd probably make your figures tired constantly pressing A and D in a chase. It's just that with the current acceleration and deceleration rates, it just feels so crap to play, cause you're constantly sliding around when you turn. It's like on you're on ice. But hey, it's your addon, I'm not here to tell you what to do with it.

That's the thing more noticeable in multiplayer, since their movement there a bit laggy.

@The Villain, I don't know if it's different with the smaller version, but I tested it my self with high and low speeds, (yes I edited your code myself, I do that with everybody) I saw no changes in speed whatsoever. In fact, I seemed to be moving at the exact speed I set, because Trapper, which I made just a tiny bit faster than Survivors, was still catching up. I don't know exactly what you mean, but I'm still learning how DRG nextbots work.

ugh i might sound like an asshole but why does zipy guy care more about sprintrap like if you dont face it almost every match you play personally i never face vecna and unknown i want them in gmod please!!!

+ yo villain the setting i did was for the autohaven wreckers map since it got windows and stuff
i wish if there was a pallet mod man that works on killers

I tried that thing, didn't really liked the result, since with this high acceleration nextbots able to speed up when moving zigzag. But I could add a setting for that still, tho.
Also, not really sure about what you've meant in "recode", since for now I think they're better than used to be and need to do a lil' bit of tweaking how they will react to certain conditions and threats in the world. I'll do my best to improve the AI, especially when I'll add some interactable objects for them.

2 - Nothing more than models for now, unfortunately. Still they're in plans.
3 - We'll see. I think that will be cool indeed, but we'll see how things will go.

Tofy, true. Personally use 210 as 4.0 m/s for survivors and do the killers settings accordingly.

pro tip if want dbd like speed make survivors speed 200 and m1 killer speed 215 but killer with abblities like 205 if its moving abblity and 210 if its attacking abblity, and disable blood lust or make the value 0

Actually ihave a few questions

1 - do you known if jmar is going to do springtrap and unknown?
2 - look like you probably plan on doing alot of stuff, how gens are going if you started doing them?
3 - Are you going to do items? like the flashlight? and etc
Im not asking, just curious!

Honestly thing im mostly happy if youre going to do is the flashlight and principally generators so you can have a objective! lol

Not saying you have to "DO THIS NOW CAUSE I'M IMPATIENT!!!", but I think the Survivor AI needs a desperate recode. I know, I know, you probably plan to do this anyways, but I just want to make sure that you're up to thinking about it after a while. Again, take your time, the man-babies can wait.

Another goated update, as always. But if I could suggest something, Tweak the Acceleration and Deceleration to 2500. It'll make the movement a lot smoother and easier to control.

I thought of some suggestions for settings for survivors (ofc you don't have to make it but thought of some that maybeeeee people want?? idk)
- Speed boost on any damage (so like if you set their max health to 200 and they get hit they get the speed boost but they will still remain healthy cause of being at 150 hp now. Just doing my best to explain this setting)
- Walk & Crouch & Run speed setting

Moldy Chrissant, I appreciate your support! Yea, I also like sometimes to think about that they were just some sprites some time ago :Djoe: And yeah, I would like to add the healing ability. Just trying to implement it properly.
As for the test map, I'm always happy to try to test the survivors on different maps for different things, so of course I wouldn't mind trying it out on yours too.
And about fall stagger toggle, yup, that's absolutely possible. As well as other settings I think I'll add then.

Goated update. I really love how much they've evolved from being just standard 2d nextbots. And I'm assuming that since they can go down, you'll add the healing function. I can already imagine the fun Imma have with these interacting with the DBD Nextbots.
