Something funny with the akshina, I noticed the building chains dont have them. But they still exist as a unit as people start with them.

Armored Kossar with pistols again making Kislev have more guns than the Empire troops, its vanila non-sense, why many people want it, lolz
However, ammunition is only 6, which is so so acceptable

It is a shame, I used to have them as my front line even after after Tzar Guard available, now I just switch to Tzar Guard cause I don't have to enable Melee mode to have them join a brawl.

Yea, it was balance. I was having a hard time against Arbaal after the patch and it just wasn't fun.

I would say I actually preferred the Kossars without guns, if balance wise they needed them back I can sort of understand.

and if possible have the bardiche streltsi and the axegun streltsi as two seperate units?
bardiche streltsi maybe have a charge defense and anti large ap melee

while the axegun streltsi have slightly better melee attack, if you want to simulate the axegun is a more expensive less common model, you could have them from the same line as the artillery tree instead of common military?

i love your bardiche streltsi but i want to have my cake and eat it too, so to speak

More people wanted them back than didn't. After extensive testing I noticed the armoured kossars were underperforming in battle which is more important than anything. Kislev would get steam rolled.

anyone else having the issue since downloading this mod that Ulrika refuses to spawn now? Got the pop up message to recruit her and it says i recruited her but she doesnt show up on the map or in my hero list.

Gospodar spearmen are correct in campaign, it has no effect on custom battle. Smoke is possible to fix but I'd need to make a new anim set for the mounted rifle.

Thank you for great mod! I found two possible issues

1. Gospodar spearmen have Ungol origin
2. Mounted Streltsi make almost no smoke while shooting

Is it possible to fix it?

A lot of it might be how I made the assets. I can try to regen the LOD, but not sure how much it would help.

Absolutely love this mod. I do notice I take a pretty beefy performance hit in-battle if a lot of the new units are on screen though and was wondering how big an ask it would be for a performance patch similar to what "Fay Folk of Athel Loren" has. Regardless, thanks for making Kislev interesting to play for once!

I didn't like that practically every unit in Kislev was hybrid. I felt it made the kossar more unique and traded the hybrid style to a defensive wall style.

With Kostaltyn, you can turn the Ungol Warriors into a strong unit with upgrades since he gives them frenzy.

I just played the first 50 turns of a Kostaltyn campaign and I wanna provide some feedback. Mostly, the tier 1 ungol swordsmen units just don't seem worth recruiting due to their very low armor stats compared to the gospodar units which are only tier 2. Perhaps you could lessen the swordsmen's upkeep in campaign to compensate or maybe add a special ability to make them relevant past tier 2? Maybe something like heroic resilience for them or make it so that the new hero you added gives them perfect vigor or physical resistance to keep them relevant.

Regardless, the thematics of the new units are on-point and I'm excited to see if you have any more plans for this mod.

Noticed strelti bardiche is the gun, so they fire with invisible bardiche.

Also wondering if fire weapon for gospodar spearmen is intented ?

I was just playing a Rasputin campaign and fought the starting battle. The green text is the specific part that mentions the special ranged weapon.

It says on the Gospodar Warriors' unit card that they possess a "special ranged weapon," but they actually don't.

This would probably take a lot more animation work than the spears deserve but you could possibly toss the original Armored Kossars shields on their backs like pavises if you wanted to make them a bit more viable by adding that missile block. But 10/10 mod regardless, vanilla kislev is awful
