Well, this is not a problem limited to mods. It's a vanilla AI issue. Even in vanilla, HOP freighters die crossing enemy territory.
In addition, the situation you describe does not occur in my environment, and there was no negative impact on HOP, so I don't care.

This is not good for HOP as they will just suicide ships trying to get to the northern territories xD

If i remember correctly, in Japan became a World Power after a recession and before the colonization of Space started. Japanese is therefore the base of the current language written in X4.

Not only is X4 itself interesting and has a great worldview, but it's really wonderful that it is officially available in Japanese.
It's rare for a space game like this to be supported in Japanese.

Replaces the Sectorownership in the Split DLC of Godrealm of Paranid with the Holy order of the Pontifex.
Not a good translation but it should do it.

Also, i find it cool that this Game has Fans from Japan!
