Pretty much, yep!

Once you've placed the prop and converted it to PO you just select it, open the Text Customization menu and type the street name - each sign style has a different spot on the texture, but it will be clear which is which. Once you've added the PO text to a prop you can copy it any number of times with either PO or Move It and the text will remain.

@Trucker1709 I believe I used Clus' BIG Urban 24m 4 lane road w/ parking; the bike lanes are purely visual additions I made with a number of Intersection Marking Tool rules
