@Bread - I've never done a vehicle before. And it would not have been feasible for this project without having an existing template available to reskin. The JaiJai Heavy Truck Model was available as a tutorial that shared the model and the Gimp XCF layers files for customizing the textures.

For me to create a North American semi-truck from scratch as a vehicle novice probably would have been a lot of headaches and >30+ hours. Using the template kept it down to < 5 hours. Better allocation of my time. Having the overall color scheme consistent with the product branding and the right logo/artwork on the trailer gets you > 80% of the right look...

Is there a real-life reason this asset uses a European-style cab over truck? I don't think I've ever seen a single one of these sorts of trucks in the States.
