as stated below, no, that is not currently possible. Even though they have lovely assets, Gates of Hell is a relatively new game, which means drastically increased model fidelity, many can't even be ported to gmod and increased protectiveness by the devs. Quite understandable they'd be less than happy for someone to steal all of their work for a gmod addon. The original C2A is relatively old now so they're less interested in that, but they're still actively making assets for GoH.

put the contents of the collision folder into your main folder so the file structure ends up the way I described it below

This is the perfect mod for people who are trying to make their own maps. I've always been looking for destroyed building props so thank you so much for making this mod!

so the file structure should be

modelname.dx80.vtx
modelname.dx90.vtx
modelname.mdl
modelname.phy <- that one you get from the collision folder
modelname.sw.vtx
modelname.vvd

for every model that should have collisions

right, so if you look inside the folder, do you see the .phy files alongside the others?
those are the collision files

I don't know, I've repeatedly rearranged the c2a collision in both addons and c2a-main, which is also in addons. there is no collision, but the props themselves are marked in garrys mod as: effect without any collisions

I don't know, most people reported it to work fine, some say it doesn't work, check that the files follow the correct path, ie have your .phy files in the same location as the rest of the files and that should work.
I can't reproduce it and it worked perfectly fine for everyone I know

what with colissions on the game? i do correctly like its was writen in instruction. but i dont have a collisions.

@n09387w you could use winrar to open the files and use the mow tool for blender 2.78 that worked for me just some models you need to use ninjaripper since the plugin doesnt always work for every model

i found a software called SOEdit v0.7m4. maybe it can open model files from CTA.

there is a tool, made for mow, but supposedly also works for CtA, never worked for me but you can try, other than that if you know how to use ninjaripper that works well enough

about 6 months of work for this one to be exact
I'm not quite sure, partially because this was already very draining, partially because GoH is a very new game so modifiying and reposting their work feels like a massive dick move there. C2A is fairly old and a good chunk of the original playerbase has moved on so repurposing its assets feels like a good use of the older work that's slowly fading away

if you're unsure just check inside the main and see if there's a .phy file for any model that should have collisions

add the main into addons and the content of the collisions folder into that, if you're unsure just open them and look inside, the paths inside should be identical
