Yes all work with each other. I recommend the OSA ones as they in my view are more varied and better looking. You do not require to use the normal mods in addition to these ones but regardless whichever you place lower in load order will superseded the previous loaded one. (So no need to use More Troops + More Troops OSA for example).

And yes the OSA in workshop is fine and what I use at present. Enjoy.

thx, one more thing, the open source armory in the workshop is like 400mb, while the one on nexus is a few gb's, is everything in order to work great with your mod? Also added your NATIVE + other lords remakes, should all work fine together yes?

Yes it can be used mid game however it will only take effect on new lord's of the Empire, most likely, or reset existing one's when they are refreshed potentially.
