Hi! First of all, great mod! Can you help me out? I'm trying to make a mod, where your character says "YEET" at the C4 throw (because there is no shouting at the grenade throw, unfortunately), but I'm not able to find the file that needs to be changed. Could you tell me, if you remember, which one is it and where I can find it?

huh? i havent blown it up yet.

blows c4 and dies because not far enough.

kinda disapointed about that (the part after the short pause not playing only when i detonate the c4 but after a pause) but i guess it cant be helped.

I got it to work, I followed what you said and then I launched the game once, and then restarted it again.

Also, I think I found an alternative to using snd_restart. Go to SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop , copy 312395104_when_in_doubt_c4_ogg.vpk to SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\ , and then unsubscribe. That seems to have worked for me, I’ll test it a bit more. If it works for everyone, I’ll add this to the description.

Thanks. Maybe it's because there's multiple different C4 deploying sounds.

Thanks for pointing that out. It has apparently stopped working since one of the latest updates. I’ll try to figure out why and update.

I don't know why, but even when I do snd_restart, it still doesn't work. I wonder why.

Open the console, type this line:

bind "home" snd_restart

You can use any key instead of Home. Alternatively, go to SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\cfg , open or create autoexec.cfg and add this line to at the end of the file. Use a plain text editor to do this (Notepad or something).
