Go to Settings >> Sound//Music >> Advanced >> AUTO, and then change the CS16_Theme slider to whatever you like.

If you want to remove the music from the main menu follow this steps:
Go to your Steam folder, after that click steamapps then workshop after that click on content than click on 108600 (not really sure if numbers are the same for everyone) after that find the mod thats named with numbers its 3124189338 for this mod (not sure if its the same for everyone) and for the end its very easy click on mods\ Cs_bg_menu\media\sound than delete the OGG music file and youre done.
All this could be seen from the game by going to the mods section and clicking on the mod so you see where the files are located.
I tried to see if i can change the music to a different one but it didnt worked out maybe you could find a way.

Huh that's odd. But yea I let it repeat 4 times and the OG song started playing
but it stopped after the new one repeated again. We'll look into it.

Hey, not sure where to point it out, but the original music will start to creep back in when you let it run in the main menu for long enough.

@Nile check "Known Issues" that might help with music.

Not sure how would i fix that, the menu image is made weirdly. And for the music, I tested it with over 100 mods and its working properly. Must be some weird mod conflict you are getting.

I use 1920x1017 windowed, switching to fullscreen fixes the issue but I usually play windowed
by the way the music you've added bleeds over into the loaded game and is unaffected by any sound option
