Multiplayer doesn't have a problem with bystanders last I checked. You can import most single player maps into multiplayer.

Horrorgamer i think that multiplayer doesnt allow NPCs, there is a problem with the games engine and NPC's on multiplayer. might be mistaken or might already be fixed but last time i checked it didnt work...

I seriously doubt anything on the POSTAL 2 workshop works on mac, I'm saying this as a mac user.
PC got the workshop update and achievements, Mac didn't.
I guess not all computers are part of the "PC master race".
