yeah, this still works after 11 years.

The blocks need a retexture (textures broke.... or maybe skins? idka), but the blocks get built and grinded just fine, and according to Build Info, integrity is off the charts, so........

If you have a butt ton of any components, and need some REALLY heavy, REEAALLLYY durable armor plates, slap these onto any flat largegrid surface, and watch the tanking of damage commence. Obviously, damage is still going on, which will make repairs....... entertaining......

BUT THIS STILL WORKS!!! 14 YEARS!!!! and all it really needs is a touchup!!

I have not updated this mod since 5 years, and I am not really active anymore in Space Engineers. I do not know if this mod is still working after all, and if there are any new components available now. By the time I made this mod, it included every singe component in the game.

Does this contain all the components needed to build anything and everything? There's this
blaster gun I get when I first start survival mode...unfortunately for some stupid reason, if I
die, I wind up losing it, so I would like to have all the components I need to build a new one
anytime and everytime I want.

i already asked The Witch. the dx11 conversion tools used no longer function, so it wont happen. unfortunate:(

I'd look forward to a Witch rebuild of this in DX11. Its a novel conceot and would be a mod I'd definitely use. It would be quite useful while building on the pad.

Unfortionately I dont know how to use the latest moding tools anymore, the devs changed so much to it. I can not tell you if or when I will make mods again. But I will keep your suggestion in mind. (right now every block I mod is either black or has weird lighting, etc) :(

exactly the same scale youd see for the component in game. but make them as display pieces. static decoration.

and im sorry i MEANT to say that i use DX11 not DX9.

if you CAN make them bigger (like 1 block size, make them appear slightly larger to fill up a bit of space. size of a normal Large Ship Block maybe) but id be appreciative of anything. I need them for my SE MUSEUM that im building.

you can find a TEST version of the Museum im building up in my workshop page too if you want to see wat exactly im up to. I only need a display model not a functional cue but frankly ANYTHING you can give, id appreciate. this is perfect for my Museum, it just needs an update. SE physics are a bit strange sometimes and components i put on displays bounce and fall through things. this isd perfect for the job, i just need it in DX11 so it can be displayed.

Can i ask a question?

Im building something VERY special and need these for the job but theyre not in DX9

Im looking for a mod that has just the models of components, large scale just like these but without the infinite number and sucjh like. decorative props... do you think you could do something like that? make them in DX11 but ONLY decorative props?

You can also place these components on certain cargo containers to mark which component is in which container

What I want to try to say is that there is no point in dowloading this unless you are lazy as hell and can't gather resources or you want to make some sort of video. Unlimited storage is also cheaty and can take away the point of having any more than a small storage room or just sit stuff in the middle of your bridge. Also, On creative mode you can spawn resources without this.

I think the real purpose in survival mode for space engineers is to gather resources and build up your ship. While keeping oxygen and energy up high. Even avoid astriouds if you choose. I guess this might also be useful for videos kinda like where players want to build a ship by welding it together. Just off screen they are just cheating components.

Unlimited storage and you never have to search for the component you want to have, just grind it

well, dont grind 5minutes on one block :P You sould get 10-100 Components per second when grinding on normal speed. Should not be too much

Warning to others, If you have the inventory multiplier set up high, and you weld one of these in survival mode, it will take so many items from your inventory, you'll end up with a Negative amount item, so like -200 of something.. And if you try to drop that negative item, it crashes the game/server. So yeah, beware.

Is there any way this bug could be fixed?

You should totally add ammo types to this! :D And maybe even rocks that have the ore types in them?

Also, am I correct in assuming you just get the components out by grinding it? XD Cause that's sweet!

How about ammunition, perhaps? I think that'd be pretty cool, stocking up an armory type of thing.

Yes, I could add ores. Giant ones.
But you can not put ore in it to store. You can only put components in blocks.
And ores look pretty much the same, they are all just balls with a sligthly different texture.

Try dropping 10 different ores and guessing the name just by looking. Pretty tougth!

They are like any other block not filled when placed.
But if you place them in creative they are filled.
