the secret codes are in the discussion but for people lazy enough the codes are
DEFAULT: default skin
GOLDGOLDGOLDGOLD: karambit skin
PARKINGMETER: parkingmeter skin
ICICLE: cold skin
PROPGUY: saber skin
you type these on your keyboard when you have the knife equipped to get the skins
