and also create another folder and rename it "materials" create another folder inside the materials folder and rename it "model" and put the texture inside the folder for the texture

It's simple and easy; just take any model NPC from Gamebanana or any half-life fanmade game, for example, Barney.mdl, create another folder and add another folder inside the folder, name the folder inside one "model" and then put Barney.mdl in the folder model, and make sure you credit orignal author as well if you take the model from them
