@lance axiom: great idea. Maybe a psychic animal soother, increases animal work speed 50% scaling with psychic sensitivity.

8% move speed sounds like a REALLY harsh penalty for these, I love the idea but perhaps it could use a slight rebalancing.

i love the idea of the medi-hand just being a normal hand but all the fingers are tools like a scalpel and a syringe

Feels like manipulation should take a hit for the saw and welder. But I'm not sure how to math that workspeed change with the reduction factored in.

This sounds cool, certainly going to try it out. More bionics are always nice and good job on your first mod!
