Added a new version that should work with early start DLC.

I mean, this manned version of windmill powerplant. This is available without research, but should not have external connector (it would look silly anyway :)

It is not possible to remove research in the current version of the game. Maybe in some future update it will happen.

Good idea with windpower (especially for early start map), but maybe version without research, should not have external connection?
It should just give power locally for village.

Make a mill that produces about 0.94 tons of food from 7.34 tons of grain, and about 6 workers

Почему бы не сделать на основе этой модели, минизавод по производству еды? Ну то есть, нормальную мельницу по производству муки. На входе урожай на выходе еда. Для сельской местности, особенно на раннем этапе, отлично впишется.
