Hi all, this mod will become discontinued with 1.7.

@Nostos Not gonna lie, you probably can't lol. But if you do, you can upgrade. If you have other mods that give puppets a little more freedom or provide other ways to gain obligations, it would be useful. I.E. this was made for another mod where puppets are allowed to declare their own wars.

In any case, this will be more useful to try become a protectorate from a dominion.

How do I gain an obligation as puppet? :/
