Where is surface of Earth and other planets? I can't reach it, it's looks like that's not achievable

me in my friends went on a space flight here, the space ship was just floating through the void, 4 hours of nothingness, yet, beautiful:) if only someone made a mod where a space ship could travel at the speed of light or create wormholes.. the true space experience.
