The issue is that both addons have the file "models/props/generated_prop.mdl", so whichever loads second will override the first.
BTW I did drive around the place with a 1989 GMC Suburban.

It's actually just art. Walking through the map you can tell that the author really loved every second of making it. The use of just brushwork is unbelievable. It's reminiscent of older, late 90s early 2000s styles, but done incredibly well to convey a sense of scale and weight to the world. The skybox is stellar, the structures intricate and well thought out, I could really just keep going but I think it's for the best that anyone reading this just checks themselves to see what I mean.
for your first map it's really quite stellar, no area feels like you forgot to put stuff in it, for such a massive map that's not easy. i get some fps drops but it doesn't really bother me persoanlly
i did have to turn mat_specular to 1 to stop the ground flickering, if anyone else ends up having this issue
