Soul Forge is wrong, high jump is compatible unless he has another mod enabled that's messing with this one. I just tested it and I was able to roll after using high jump.

Hello! I have used this addon prior with no issues, but I've recently assembled a content pack for a server and have something in there that is causing the animation to lose frames. It will still play the animation, it's just very choppy. If you have some time and want to find another potential incompatible addon, msg me on steam and i'll send you my content pack.

There’s a configurable max speed that you have to be below to be able to roll.

As far as I remember, there’s no requirement for forward velocity to be able to roll. It just checks the speed at which you hit the ground.

As for having to be at a velocity at which you would take damage to be able to roll, it is just a quirk of how the addon was coded. I could make it not be so, but that’s a rewrite significant enough that I don’t really feel like taking on right now.

also the fact that you need to be able to take fall damage, making it an even smaller window of roll opportunity plus the fact you need some forward propulsion to even roll in the first place.

is there a height limit to do the roll? such as if you fall from too high you can't roll? because idk if it is a skill issue, but the height able to roll is so small it is very rare you can actually do the roll, making it just a hard landing mod.

I am. The strangest thing is that for some reason this addon just stopped having any sound for a while, no matter how many addons I disabled or how many times I restarted and even verified the game, and the next day it works just fine again

If you're on Dev, it's possibly Rubat fucking around in the updates. IIRC he changed where the addons are stored/cached recently.
