To be more precise, the TFA itself gave a conflict error, after removing this addon the iron sights started working.

I don’t know why, but personally for me my addon conflicted with Advanced Color Tool

I also encountered this problem, since TFA conflicts with some addons. I will be glad if you find an error in the console and give me its name, maybe I can help you.
