also this is supposed to be a complete replica i do want to hear the little itty bitty nonsense things!! so i will be removing neutral steering and making the commanders position even more barebones

also t-72m1 doesnt have hunter-killer, it barely has an FCS at all. the only thing it does is calculate range, no lead, no wind comp, nothign else :steamhappy:
