Thanks for letting me know!
Paul B. Hartzog 11 May, 2020 @ 5:18pm
Tested on a large grid as of May 2020 and still working. :-) Thx Shaostoul!

No problem. I'm actually working on developing a game with the guys in my Discord. If you're interested in learning more, you can join there and find all the appropriate links.

Alright and thanks for the response

Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that anything will happen to this mod.
Dying Dark Star 23 Feb, 2019 @ 3:33pm
is it possible for this mod get an texture update?

Hope your health gets better. Bad health sucks.
Shaostoul  [author] 14 Sep, 2017 @ 1:14pm
Presently the main issue is my health and the time I'm able to dedicate to modding. I presently am just focusing on what people want and what people donate for, since I know that's getting the most attention.

So, the flaw is a feature. That's very Microsoft of you.
I jest. I understand that you don't want to pour work in to upgrading something that has been dropped some time ago.
Shaostoul  [author] 13 Sep, 2017 @ 9:03pm
That'd be because they were made before interior lights could have collision and before oxygen was in the game. The perk of them not emitting light, is that they work even when the ship is off, which allows you to navigate dark halls, especially on those really dark skybox mods.
Knapp 13 Sep, 2017 @ 1:54pm
Neat looking, but...
The blocks with lights don't actually emit light.
The blocks with vents don't actually link in to conveyor systems or act as vents.

It's a bit late for that. Everything that I lost is either gone for good or I've remade what I can.

Ah, I see what you're saying. The entire block would have to be remodeled for it to work and cut up into pieces. With how they're designed, it'd be a bad idea as well. If you look at the vanilla interior block, it's a full cube and there's no 'dents' in the corners. So when the armor block side and the interior block side disappear, you'd end up seeing through the armor block.

It'd be easier to model a whole new interior set with design aspects from these than to try to make them work. I also am not sure if I have the original source files any more. My HDD died a while back and I lost a lot.

So they merge with regular armor blocks and create the invisible space when you spectator into ships
Altenarian™ 30 Jun, 2017 @ 10:55pm
Like how vanilla interior blocks are placed on armor blocks, the hidden sides dissapear, they become part of the grid.
Shaostoul  [author] 30 Jun, 2017 @ 1:02pm
what do you mean, blend in?
Altenarian™ 30 Jun, 2017 @ 12:47pm
Could these be changed to be 'armor blocks' so they blend in like vanilla armor blocks? Or is that not possible in modding? I'd be happy to help if i could.
Chuck 25 Aug, 2016 @ 6:36pm
Ansolutely love these blocks. Who knew that 4 little blocks could change the entire look of my interiors? Thanks again for all the hard work and for sharing that work, on behalf of every talentless hack like myself that downloads, but somehow always forgets to comment. :D
dRuPpI 11 Jun, 2016 @ 6:31pm
ok thanks :steamhappy:
Shaostoul  [author] 11 Jun, 2016 @ 6:29pm
Ohhh, I see what you're saying. Maybe? I'm working on other stuff for now. Maybe afterward.
dRuPpI 11 Jun, 2016 @ 6:25pm

Shaostoul  [author] 11 Jun, 2016 @ 4:55pm
They're there... They're sitting on top of the blocks on the right side of the screen shot.
dRuPpI 11 Jun, 2016 @ 3:29pm

Shaostoul  [author] 9 Jun, 2016 @ 9:23pm
