Mod works. You must start as a orphan. Not sure about family stuff.
Also considering your total potential doesnt increase until "middle age", it would stand to reason your gonna be stuck with the starting limit for a loooong time.

@Aly You're most welcome. I hope the idea plays out well and gets you a quick and easy option for making settlements for your people! I look forward to seeing them proliferate in a world filled with SUPER WAR in the next update.

I so want to command a roaming band of Draconian Pyroknights in the conquest of the evil Myconian peoples. Their shroomy ways will have to end.

@C.K. Kirbi Did a very quick fix and everything is working again. Feel free to let me know if you encounter something weird. I did not do anything specific for the marriage mechanics. It is been quite a while since I played the game and I do not know how that works, but I'll look into it once I get to know more about it. I used the Reptillion as a reference for courting, I wonder if it'll be possible to date them(?).

About settlements, I'll try looking into a simple implementation for settlements like you suggested.

Hmm. Seems the most recent update (8.7 as of this writing) just broke this race and several other mods. Pity.

@Dunathi I'm not quite sure how I'd explain it. You basically have two options. First would be to create building blueprints using the in game mod tool. After you have these made up, you'd have to manually add them to the structure of OP's mod.

Option 2 is to copy/paste settlement and blueprint structures from races that already exist in game. Humans or dwarves, most likely. These files need to be added to OP's mod in the same fashion as the first.

Huzzah! Buildings area easy. NPC chat and scripts are easyish. The big thing that would be hard to pull off is an overworld icon for settlements.

Hey boss, will this swell mod being seeing any updates to its structure to potentially add minor settlements or a peppering of these fierce dragons into other settlements? It'd be damn fine to be able to make a river fortress protected by a squad of draconians.

@Machaeus I know there are many other types of cool creatures that could be added, but I have spread my free time a lot with different projects and it has become more and more difficult to invest the required time on something new. I'm not going to say that I'm never making anything else for the game, but for now when it comes to Soulash 2 I'm probably just keeping this mod updated and working.

I'd be interested in a kobold variant, a la D&D...stats for that would probably be along the lines of: Str -2, End -1, Int +2, Dex +3, Will +2

No need to update from my part. The mod is working normally with the caveat pointed in the mod description. Only the Sharp Claws passive should be working. Not being able to assign multiple racial passives is a base game limitation and must be adressed by the developer whenever he is able.

@GoingBatty Since I do these things on free time after work I won't go as far as promise anything, but foxes def sound interesting since I haven't done any of them yet in any of my little projects. I would like to flesh out Dragonkin more before moving to something else though. Villages for instance is something that could already be done for them, but I haven't taken the time to look into how to do it, it is very high up on the list of things I'd like to do though.

@Sako this is exactly what I just tested. It only takes into consideration the first passive in the array. Nothing I can do about this atm, but I will contact Arthur for a fix! Ty for letting me know.

Okay, it might be a bug with the game itself. I changed the order of the passives in character.json to have fire starter be the first entry, and now that works, but butcher no longer works.

Sharp Claws is working for me, but for some reason the game says I lack the tools for fishing and fire starting. I tried turning off my other mods and making a new world again but still won't work.
