in PJ manager or runcher, load order should be automatically set.

Support added for Snek's original Extra Variants
Support added for Caravans of the Old World - Kislev addon

While it is listed as requirement, the caravan mod is in fact not required - this mod however provides compat support for it should they be used together

LOL, What timing my friend! Tonight I gave Extra Variants (my original compilation) its first update in a year. I reworked Boyars so the vanilla variants are not touched at all, also made variant 18 selectable in Variant Selector, and totally shifted around their index naming so my variants all begin at 06. If I can be of any help updating this submod you are welcome to DM me on Discord.

for the actual unit you need to edit land_unit_tables but that aint touched here.
The anim needed to be changed for the variations in campaign_character_arts_tables

What DB tables did you modify to get the units to use new animation of Sword and shield or ax and shield?

Asking cause I am trying to get reskins to work with mods like SFO that changed the animation of some units.
