sorry for the wait on the response I was thinking about this ever since you wrote.
As for the sprites, I already am taking steps to update them just the attack now are to updated.
The sound effects could be changed for the scratching moves. I did lazily use slash from another project I did. I can find the actual scratch SFX and see if it fits better. Also I did find a SFX for the voice that will not make it sound like the cries from the game.

For other immediate things I noticed, hitstun seems too exaggerated on many moves (most notably jab), there are certain jank hitboxes (mainly on uspec) and gaining rage meter on hits feels a bit unnecessary since it fills the bar so slow compared to just charging fury swipes. And giving a different outline for charging any amount of it is rather confusing as well, maybe give it only if it's fully charged?
Anyway, solid character, looks real cool. I'm not a fan of all sound effects here, but the sand SFX really help sell those hits.
