broken AGAIN

IM not getting errors on the crisis report blood mod, but I am having a hell of a time getting it to work, I do get errors without this mod. But when I shoot a character that is pre placed on a map, I dont get any spray, I almost gotta warm it up. I remember there being a required more for crisis response blood but I cant remember what it is. SHouldn't have ever messed with it, fucked it all up.

Oh, that's why it won't work.
