[V-Script] L4D1 Pistols in L4D1 Campaigns

Oddly enough, it seems to be only working in first person, third person is still the l4d2 pistols. I checked very thoroughly through my mods, nothing conflicts, not that I can see. It's a great idea, and I'd love to get it working, but it doesn't like third person.

because for whatever reason instead of actual missing content they just added l4d1 files to that mod

I have one question: Could you make it work on custom maps and other modes like 'Survival'?
I still have the P220 pistol there.

Also, why does this mod conflict with mods like this one:

Just checked, and yeah, if you don't have the mod installed on your client, you will see default pistols (or any workshop addons you have for them.)

I mean it probably wouldn't be to hard on adding a system for custom pistols and such since they added "variant" system for the rest of the si since before tls the variant system only worked for the tank and witch but after tls is supports all si and view models

As good as these are. JMO no excuse why the TLS DLC didn't simply add these pistols back into the game as SEPARATE pistols you could grab on any of the maps.

What would be the harm in mix/matching the pistols on the campaigns? I suppose this could still be done if Kerry and the team get the go ahead.

this one uses the original l4d1 models and the other uses the ones from overhauling the originals

What's the difference between this mod and the other one, the 1911 one? Just the models?
