I think the problem is you didnt keep the original 'tall' card resolution. Do you have the original scans, by any chance?

Okay, it *looks* like the original deck along with the original rules. I was thrown off by the box image which is of the expansion that includes 4th edition rules and some updates on the antes.

And by the way. The quality isn't that bad. But a bigger resulution would be great. But it works fine the way it is.

The Quality is due to the bad picture quality not because of system limitations or something. You could scan these cards yourself with higher quality and bring them into the simulator. I found these cards somewhere in the www and have no clue what cardset these cards belong to.

I haven't subscribed yet, but I'm curious since I was going to get this in the Simulator if it didn't already exist -- why the low quality on the cards? Is it a system limitation? And is this purely the Emperor's Gambit expansion? I might input the original since I own it.
