If you are getting the "Moveable" bug I found that putting the V's Network's Garage mod higher in the list can fix that.

the 3d model is invisible and the tire rack shows up as "Moveable" in my inventory. Any idea why?

I'm not so sure it's related to this mod but I have a tire in perfect condition spawn in front of my garage? Maybe a bug? Because I have also a pillow spawn on top of my crate and also I'm using pillow item stories mod. Both only happen once.
