I might not have been able to fix this one. I fixed some of them, the ones that responded to the 'decompile and reupload' effect, but this one probably didn't respond to it.

I've seen that happen before with a few models and I am not exactly sure what causes it. Seems to happen more often with weapon mods.

I have a problem where the hands arent appearing at all and only flash a few times whenever theres an animation, and for some reason I can find the hands floating in the middle of the map

just remember to recompile with a separate mdl name for the body and hands to prevent overwrites

I have tried fixing the mismatched parent bones, but despite the parents being listed correctly the error still persists. Doesn't seem to affect normal functionality aside from those weapon mods which may rely on this.

I'm getting these errors on console whenever I apply this playermodel:

- crusader/kittomatic/novabeast/novabeast.mdl/weapons/c_arms_animations.mdl : missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_Spine4"
- crusader/kittomatic/novabeast/arms/novabeast_arms.mdl/weapons/c_arms_animations.mdl : missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_Spine4"
- crusader/kittomatic/novabeast/arms/novabeast_arms.mdl/weapons/c_arms_animations.mdl : missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_L_Clavicle"
- crusader/kittomatic/novabeast/arms/novabeast_arms.mdl/weapons/c_arms_animations.mdl : missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Clavicle"

Also causes attachments on some ARC9 weapons to flicker when shooting

Hey, I realize this is kinda random and out of nowhere, but I fixed the ragdolls for the Novabeast. I thought you might want the files so you can update the add-on. Let me know if you are interested. (And no, I'm not trying to scam you or give you a virus or anything, I genuinely was annoyed with the state of the ragdoll and had a "Fine, I'll do it myself." moment.)

A gorgeous port! My only complaints are that the elbows are way too stiff, little to no bend at all, and there's no knees, just an ankle. Other than that, absolutely beautiful port

I could probably do that but it would be a separate model and add a few megabytes for a decond compile 'cause animations can't change from bodygroups.

In that case I think I'll just use the tools to do specific poses in that case. Really I'm not used to using the tool gun to pose ragdolls into specific positions as I am with just using the physics gun for it all as I have for many years now. Thats mostly why I was curious about the joints being a bit more flexible and less stiff like most other ragdolls are. Thats just me though no big deal of course, thank you for your time.

There are ragdoll tools that allow you to move ragdoll bones irrespective of the set limits. I am able to change them but I think the tool would be far more useful if you are doing something like stop motion. Also because using this tool allows you to move bones into surfaces and the like so you can ignore physics boxes to get a more accurate look of a ragdoll interacting. Unless you just want the death ragdoll to be more dynamic or something in which case I can take a look to see if the current limits are realistically set.

so I tested it with the aerial gunner protogen
it seems to do the same thing like its a blink and you miss it thing but for a frame it resets to default position then back again idk why it does that

Check and see if the same thing happens with other weapon addons outside of arccw. If it keeps happening, it may be a $handattachment error. Otherwise, it is not something I can fix
