Thanks for letting me know! I'll put it on the list of improvements :).
Atoulm 30 Jun, 2024 @ 9:17am
@Yun it's the additional offices (left and right)
Yun  [author] 20 Jun, 2024 @ 10:12am
Hi Atoulm. Thanks for your feedback! What rooms don't have enough heating? Then I'll put it on the list to fix when I get to it :).
Atoulm 24 May, 2024 @ 1:19pm
NIce layouts, its a must in my games now. The only problem i found its the basic heater not being enough in some rooms, but you can solve by just replacing for a eletric one.

Still, 10/10, its really a great work.
Bozzi 16 May, 2024 @ 10:41am
Yeah it's working and the Security needs to be good for that :D mine got stolen, i stored them in the ground floor in the dark room :D

Hi Bozzi. What I do is just remove a wall between 2 rooms for a bigger office/meeting area :). I figured that is easier for people than making existing offices smaller. But in short: no this is not available. If I had some data on people's preferred office size then I could make new floors for this. What is your favorite?

A storage room for gold might be a nice addition. When I last played this game the whole gold thing was pretty useless and bugged, so I didn't bother. If it's useful/fixed when I play again then I'll add a nice gold vault as well :).

I like your Building <3 is there an option with bigger Teams 12-16 Computers per Room (and therefore meetingrooms). And an storage room in the basement with security for gold and so on.

Thanks _[D]uGGeRz_! Much appreciated :).

@everyone: if people want to see more modular building blocks, let me know what you need/want and I'll try to add them.
DuGGeRz 25 Apr, 2024 @ 6:04am
havent used this, but just wanted to say, that is a real cool looking building! :steamhappy:

No, it was just my stupid mistake. I had just been adding another blueprint (which I left in after I'd added all the offices I wanted), then realized it was way too small, closed out, found yours, then tried to move it in. I was on floor 1, so that couldn't be the issue and I couldn't figure out why it was saying it wasn't supported. I closed and reopened the game multiple times trying different things, including putting in floors by themselves.

As for your comment earlier today about a more modular office, perhaps use a rental property, in addition to a blueprint. The mod I normally start with lets you slowly rent rooms throughout the building until you're frustrated with the manufacturing capacity and need to find somewhere to build. Fixing that would be nice! I really liked moving to the new building, spent a couple hours setting it up just how I wanted it, but that was enough that I only actually played for an hour after.

Hi wynillo. Thank for sharing your experiences!

Regarding the jump from starter office to the big office: often in multiplayer people rush to a few million in a few years in a office more or less the size of the starting office, before moving to a bigger office and hiring fixed teams and stuff.

But that being said, a medium sized 'in-between' office so to speak might not be a bad idea to add. That fits a slower/chiller play style as well. I'll think about it and might add it in the next few weeks :). Then people can go from starter office -> some modular upgrades -> medium office building -> fully modular big 24x24 office building.

And about the team size: I guess this is personal taste mostly. I like teams of the size 8/16 (which I see fairly often), but I have also seen people use 10/20. In theory you can add 2 desks per room, for 10 desks per worker room. But I didn't like that aesthetically speaking and wanted to keep the size 24x24.

Thanks for your feedback :).

Great job, i really like the design!

I kinda use it to learn while playing with my friends. So its maybe on my side, why i find it hard to jump from starter to the big one (just was able to get 1a,2a,3a and a canteen so far.)
I also find it hard to work with teams of 8, but i guess thats a proven concept and it just takes a while until i get there.

Thank you!
KrazyA1pha 29 Jan, 2024 @ 1:45pm
That makes perfect sense. Thanks for clarifying!
Yun  [author] 27 Jan, 2024 @ 10:37am
Hi KrazyA1pha. I didn't add servers and printers, indeed to reduce cost and also to make it year independent. Where for example computers stay the same shape and will be automatically upgraded when building the blueprints at later years, printers and servers also change shape/size throughout their generations.

Servers start out on tables and slowly evolve to single square servers and then go to double square servers. For printing it's even worse because the first two versions are placed on the belts while the last version is placed next to it (on both sides ideally).

The blueprints are created with the final version of each item in mind. So the latest printer and latest server will fit perfectly in the blueprint. I added screenshots of their final setup :).
KrazyA1pha 27 Jan, 2024 @ 9:14am
To clarify - my basement doesn't have any printers when I install it. In hindsight, I'm thinking that's by design to reduce costs.

Either way, I was able to watch a couple of tutorial videos to get printing setup, and your blueprint made it easy to get there.

Thanks again.
KrazyA1pha 26 Jan, 2024 @ 12:22pm
I'm loving the mod, thank you! It made setting up offices so much easier for a new player.

One question: when I place the blueprints, big servers and big printing machines aren't included (presumably because they aren't unlocked). Is there a way to replace those with the smaller versions of those items in the build screen, or do I have to do it manually after construction?
Yun  [author] 26 Jan, 2024 @ 2:14am
@KrazyA1pha: great that it worked!

@Flare_Corran: haha yes the basement is the first 'floor'. The complete building blueprints should default to floor 0 (basement is -1) so you can rotate the blueprints based on the front door. Do you think I should clarify this somewhere?
Flare_Corran 25 Jan, 2024 @ 4:35pm
FYI, if you're a moron and forget that floor 0 is the ground in this game, not 1, it won't work. (This is replacing my original comment where I was telling you about a bug.)
KrazyA1pha 25 Jan, 2024 @ 4:32pm
Thanks for taking the time to explain! You're right, it was right there under blueprints. :steamhappy:
Yun  [author] 25 Jan, 2024 @ 8:26am
Hi KrazyA1pha. When ingame if you go to build mode and then to the last tab (Blueprints) there should be a directory called "Efficiency Inc". Then if you click on that, it should drop down and all the blueprints should be visible. Then you can select one and press "Build" (bottom middle of the screen).

If this doesn't work there may be some other problem. Let me know if it worked!
KrazyA1pha 25 Jan, 2024 @ 7:45am
How do you use this in the game? I may have missed something, but it's not showing up anywhere in my new game.
Yun  [author] 22 Jan, 2024 @ 12:33pm
You're welcome!
Hawk Tuah 22 Jan, 2024 @ 12:33pm
Right, thanks for fixing the thumbnail. It's a great product now. :steamthis:
Hawk Tuah 21 Jan, 2024 @ 5:34am
Could you maybe upload some screenshots?
