I uploaded a Bird of prey. I dont think it was the one you wanted but its all I had.

The classic original version from Search for Spock. The first one with a 110m length. If you have it with the wings in horizontal flight mode that would be ideal. Thanks

Since you're better at SE toolbox than me and I can't seem to find a decent set of 3DS files I do have two requests. A 1:1 scale version of the Oberth class and a 1:1 Klingon bird of prey. The original 110 m long version. Thanks.

Thanks, good to know. I'll have to play with it.

UPDATE - Fixed symmetry.
Webserfer22  [author] 16 Sep, 2014 @ 12:28pm
IN the toolbox it's called mirror, you do it from the largest surface or from pre determined x y z planes ect. Just find the center, cut the ship in half, and mirror it, making sure you mirror to the right spot.

Is symmetry something you can do through SE toolbox? I have the program myself but didn't notice that as an option. I just figured it was something we have to deal with and manually adjust in game.

Yeah symmetry is one of the things I forgot to do. Will be symmetrical when I update it, and thankyou :)

I got the Enterprise/Constitution Refit Class covered. The only problem with these SE toolbox 3DS model uploads is that they are rarely perfectly symmetrical. The game tends to over compensate on the dimensions where it can't perfectly replicate the details, but it still makes for a good blank slate to start from. I started with the 3DS file myself, but have had to build the ship from scratch and only use that model to help scale it. I want to try to build survival ready functional 1:1 scale base models (using workshop mods) from Star Trek myself. So it's nice to see like minded individuals like yourself helping to do the same thing. Keep up the good work and you're getting a thumbs up from me. Also if you're interested my latest update for that particular WIP model is on the workshop. The current most up-to-date version of that build is actually showcased as "Working Star Trek Transporter preview". As that particular transporter room is within the ship on building.
