I'm a bit confused already from static image. I fear that I would vomit from sensual overload if it will be added into the game and somebody will equip it.

For a second i thought that was a Medic retexture rather than a cosmetic.

it is a color swap, the model clips and is somewhat different around the sleeves and doesn't even go through the middle. But what is it supposed to be? I like the concept of the half medic b/c emesis blue and other films but i don't think violating the character design(pants in tf2 dark, medic labcoats are white, no medic labcoats have a massive paint region but this one comes with one without applying it). I like the creativity and doing something unique, but it does not come close to being able to be combined with the second opinion because it does not match the artistic vision of TF2 when the second opinion is polished halloween cosmetic being one few cosmetics that add new voicelines.
