Unsure if you wrote the file notes in the mod or not but i gotta say they gave me a good chuckle a couple of times

Just thought I'd share this story here. Had a group of Boulder Crabs out to pasture, wild Badgerdogs come in and hurt one of them, damaging her leg and pincer. I've got dwarfvet enabled so, she gets taken to hospital and no joke the dwarves give her a crutch in her good pincer and send her on her way. So I now have a crutch wielding crab hobbling about. I have no idea if this was intentional but I love it so much.

@infernalhellion I wasn't able to replicate that bug. Are you running this mod with any others?

Can't seem to spin yarn/thread from wooly mountain goat wool.
I can shear them. Dwarfs will start the job, take the wool to the workshop, but when it finishes the wool vanishes and no yarn is created.

In order for beetle honeydew to be a valid brewable, the [CUT_REACTION:MAKE MEAD] reaction in needs to be edited to accept all honey, rather than honey bee honey specifically.

I think the animals need pet tokens

Everything seems to work great, exept i cant brew mead from honeydew

Hi, love the mod. One issue I have run into is, i cant seem to make mead from honeydew? I have milked the beetles and have a barrel full of honeydew, however at my still it says I have "no honey-containing item". Is there something I am missing? Thanks.

despite seeing the entity tag that should make these 'always present' it seems to be like a 50/50 shot of whether I actually see some of them. Moleweasels especially are strangely rare. any insight into why that might be?

I would also like to know feeding requirements, nest boxes, ect.

In addtion, do you shear the leather wing bat for leather?
hajie14 26 Feb, 2024 @ 3:37pm
would it be possible for you to list which need to be pastured, which need to be in nest boxes, and which are like pigs and can just be kept in a room?

@Unity's Helm yknow, I could have sworn I put that stuff in the description, but I did not. Doing it now.

Could you make a doccument file detailing all these creatures and what they do?
20firebird  [author] 29 Jan, 2024 @ 7:04pm
@chipthingy Taking a second look, and I see the problem. Those creature variations were made specifically for animal people, so the claw attack refers to *hands* with claws, not paws... that's an easy fix, at least. :)
chipathingy 28 Jan, 2024 @ 8:31pm
@20firebird Huh, I didn't know they were there!
Maybe it was something else, but the error was for any creature using those attacks. The others were fine
It was the error where it says the ATTACK tokens look fine but it couldn't find the body parts
20firebird  [author] 28 Jan, 2024 @ 8:17pm
@chipathingy Oh, that's interesting. Those creatures variations are part of the vanilla set, so I assumed they would work, but I checked, and the DDD creatures cannot use them. I guess creature variations are local to the folder? That'll be fixed soon.

Wow I really liked this mod back in the day. Thanks for the port.
chipathingy 27 Jan, 2024 @ 1:47am
Thanks for porting this!
This threw a couple of errors in my error log, it looks like the scratch attack and the hoof kick attack have been forgotten
SilverBullet 24 Jan, 2024 @ 5:59am
The quality is awesome! I was going to put it in my personal mode, but I was worring about pixels, so I can use this!
