Slapping a HL2 style skin onto a modified heavy grunt class would also come out awesome I'm sure.

*I dont know if this is possible, but there are voicelines for reacting to allies in their line of fire ((OUTTA MY WAY!)) and it would be cool if they said that and did a little hand gesture
*beta voicelines actually have voicelines for reloading too
*HECU opposing force voicelines gel pretty good with the conscript voicelines, and i think they would be more fitting than the citizen voiceovers, plus it could give voicelines for throwing nades and that kinda stuff
*HL2 Beta elites have pouches on their belt that would be way better to put on these guys, instead of making pouches via the normal conscript textures, as it looks a little odd
* Should make the "engineer guy" a seperate npc
*Would be cool to have more beta weapons like the AR1, and on that note the oicw doesnt eject shell casings and the m249 is inverted and it bugs me, but that isnt that important
