None of us know how skilled this guy is at coding, but if He can do better, it's at least the duty of one of us to say it outright.
The weapon needs to be a lot better. This one kinda sucks and that is just sad considered how I loved this thing in Plazma Burst 2.
First-up, The weapon does not penetrate enemies like in Plazma Burst 2.
Secondly, the reload's all kinds of wrong, along with weapons not needing to reload in Plazma Burst 2, the SFX CUTS OFF THE FIRING SOUND. Making Me unable to enjoy that sweet, sweet sound. Scrap it entirely like the C-01r.
Third, Viewmodel and Worldmodel SUCK. Viewmodel fails to convey the weapon's weight and is generic as hell, and the Worldmodel's incredibly flat.
I wonder if You could possibly replicate the red light delay as well as the "fade-in" blue portion?
The colors could also be lighter for the green hull casing and the blue energy within.
The Heavy Railgun CS-OneSoneK could also use a 3D Tracer.
Didn't expect anything new to be added here, but I'm gonna be honest here, these need plenty more work.
I would like to suggest that this should use a new base with features geared towards Plazma Burst 2. The base feels incredibly barebones and more like common HL2 weapons.
As for the weapons themselves, the Assault Rifle C-01r seems to be somewhat accurate, but I would like to suggest that the weapon should use projectiles and not hitscan and lose The Star Wars blaster bolts; They should produce a slight kickback only in the air that shouldn't allow You to outright FLY, but should boost You up to a point in the air. I would also like to have the reload axed outright, instead make it a bottomless clip. Also input accuracy degradation in which the shots get less accurate as You keep firing.
