I've used this mod for a bit and I definitely greatly prefer the buckshot. Buckshot guns are better for hordes and slugs are better for tanks/witches as I intended. I have noticed that I frequently do friendly fire damage with the buckshot as the spread can be so high, especially during tank fights.

Sorry but no, the shotguns all four of them fire are reload based of the the animation length, you can set the cycle and reload speeds to 0 and they still won't change.
