Texture mods and styles are generally safe for 1.6, so you can just wait for ATH to update on their side. Forgoing the framework will result on a few missing items tho (I forgot which ones)

Will this work on 1.6? I know this specific mod is updated for 1.6, but since the ATH Framework is not... Can you still use this? Either with ATH 1.5, or skipping ATH entirely?

@eligos: if yoyr really need to, since this is a style mod, so it should be "relatively safe", I think? Deconstruct any original structure and flooring (e.g. shell curtain, ocean carpet), remove the style from any ideologions, back up your save. You'll get a bunch of errors once.

@Fried Flounder: Thanks for checking this mod! This is the first time I heard of that issue tho, it's not supposed to happen. The carpets are just additional carpets. No error during map generation?

Quick question tho, is it supposed to replace all the ground that was dirt with limestone seabed carpet? I am playing with the Lightless Empyrean biome mod, and we are settled in that biome, so maybe its a compatibility issue? My main issue with the change to all the ground on my map is that I can't plant anything on it anymore. I have a lot of animals so we NEED to be able to plant large fields of hay, so sadly I had to disable your mod which fixed the issue. If it is supposed to do that then it would be nice if you would put that in the description as that is a big change to the world, not just a style option. Still a beautiful mod tho! Keep up the good work!

This mod is awesome, I hope you make more styles as well! I would suggest a "freshwater" variant, like a thematically darker version. Basically, if this is a more tropical, islander vibe, I'm thinking of a "Creature from the Black Lagoon" vibe.

Influenced by things such as moss, leeches, rotted wood/logs, rope/nets, fish head/skull/scales, etc. I googled "swamp warrior" for some inspiration too.

Genuinely one of the best styles I've seen and it covers so many things. Hopefully this inspired someone to make an actual underwater gameplay mod to go with it. Sometimes a mod doesn't have to do anything fancy mechanically but just look great.

First of all, congrats! This is a really beautifully done style! \o/ :steamthumbsup:

Second, I want to add support for your style to my "Column Light" mod, so I'd like to know if you are fine with me duplicating your styled column texture file and doing some small editing on it for that.
Usually it's just painting some areas of the texture whiter, to then add the 'lamp' picked color over those areas in-game via code based on a separate red-black mask texture file.
(you can check my mod page images to see how the end result looks for base Ideology styles columns, and for some other mods I already added that support)

It's not a mod incompatibility, but rather I have no idea how to put material name on custom label 🥲 Some time ago I had scoured Alpha Memes' code and some other style mods but not noticed anything that's different, so this issue got put into backlog and forgotten..

Love the style! Not sure if this might be a mod compatibility thing, but it seems all dusters made in the style are called "Floaty duster" regardless of the material used. This kind of makes it difficult to sort through them quickly. Is there any way to have it function like normal dusters where the material used is listed at the start of the name? e.g. "Devilstrand Floaty duster"

i dident even know that styles could affect geothermal generators too that looks amazing, im almost tempted to get it because its the most magical looking power source ive ever seen and im running a psycaster colony
