I know. The thing is that the windows were originally made to not open, for the sake of productivity, but at the same time they were left dynamic and not attached to the building, so that in case of strong explosions they would fly out of the openings from the shock wave, as it would be in reality

There is a minor problem with the windows, If you try to open one. The whole window frame comes off instead and each window hatch is welded to the frame so they can't open either which is for every single window frame on the buildings.

From the maps with Russian themes, look at the maps of Volkograd and Sverdlovsk, if you haven't seen them yet, there are no switches in the apartments, but the maps themselves are larger in size and have many interesting places.
I haven't seen other works with the same amount of details (switches and other things) in a Russian/Soviet setting

maybe some mods can affect this, for example I know that with the hackerphone mod there are strong fps drops. Try disabling the some mods
