The same is for the rifleman talent, so the rifle should not get the bonus from it.
Also, fun fact, the quickdraw talent can apply the attack bonus based off the ammo, but it only reduces the affliction when using a pistolitem, luckily the revolver rifle has the tag, so the talent isn't overpowered. (or at least that's how I think it works)
I am curious though if the crew would benefit from using this because by the time you would likely have more than one, it would be around when the crew starts getting better weapons. Also by late-game, Captains and Captain's Assistants would be using handcannons. Thoughts?
