Could you possible add functionality for hold control and mouswheel to raise the marker from the mouse position?

So you would be able to rotate it and raise or lower it

J'ai juste remarqué que les Bombardiers CSI font beaucoup moins de dégâts que les autres est-ce que c'est voulu ? Il y a un moyen d'y remédier ?
