Hi, thanks for bringing this to my attention, the option should have been there from the start. I've updated the wallpaper with the 'Media' option to turn off.

To get the update right away follow these steps unsubscribe -> close wallpaper engine -> allow steam to uninstall the wallpaper (30 secs) -> subscribe again -> open wallpaper engine and apply.

I like this wallpaper, but it doesn't seem to have a way to remove the media that is currently playing. Is there a way to do this?
