You could also use the aux tenders that CyngusOX released but the GTEL one works to.

The auxiliary tenders used in the photos are from Halton's GTEL Veranda Livery Pack, if I recall correctly (either that or just the base GTEL mod, one of them should have them).

Font styles (along with other stuff) can be found in Steam's "Formatting help" button (most visible when you're typing a comment but it shows up a lot of other places too), though what you can actually do with them is fairly limited.
