I see, will keep that in mind, thanks for the quick look/fix.
1) This issue was introduced with last patch as far as I know, in current version of this mod It is partially fixed - it does not cause script break and UI stuck, and it appears (in my tests) only after campaign start if you have black ark selected (it is selected by default). If you click on a map deselecting black ark you will not have this UI issue. Atm I do not know how to fix this completely.
2) Buffs from Offices are working fine. It was public order effect issue, it is fixed now.
A few (possible) bugs I have noticed though:
1) When clicking rites it sometimes opens a view of all 6 with the 6th bleeding into the right side of the screen, this signifies a lock of some kind, where general navigation is broken, for example, I can no longer zoom in or out on the campaign map. Reloading a save fixes the issue. Ending the turn does not. Sometimes it opens 4 rites with buttons for scrolling, when it does, no lock occurs.
2) Buffs from offices do not seem to apply, at least it does not show where it should, such as the control buff.
PropJoes Mod Manager reports no conflicts and I have removed all mods that are remotely related to relevant functions, such as UI. No overhaul is active.
I can't see how this is a modlist issue, but am by no means 100% sure. Since both issues are tied to the Lokhir mod, perhaps that's the culprit. If anyone else has similar issues, please comment.
I just now tried with Mixu's Mixer, IEE and This mod.
Mod looks quite interesting and well made idea, I have wanted to play a "Black Ark faction" since CA turned Black Arks from main settlements in lore to side settlements.
Regardless, great job. The mod looks great from the screenshots
But at least i found out:
Expanded Roster Compilation (i think is aware, also you can just avoid the Vampire Counts and Greenskins if you want to play with most of them anyway)
WHC War under Heaven (is aware!)
Crys Leaders (dont know about this one :/)
Heroes of Legend (is aware!)
The great Ogrehaul (is aware!)
The black Sun fleet (is aware!)
we'z speshul da howlers (is aware!)
all are in need of update as of now, not meant so spam with this but rather help in reducing spam about update requests
maybe this helps someone out there right now.
Does that influence mod added factions if you don't have the dlc for the main race?
I even tried having nothing but mixer and this to see if one of my other mods may have problems with it but it wouldn't show up then either.
Btw should I send screen shots to show what I see?

Might be a conflict with an other mod though, but in my game, Vaeron has a bugged green-ish neck.

I have a crash with the mod (I had only this mod, mixer and mct activated)
The following mods cause a crash to the Database:
The _Black_ Sun_Fleet_Faction pack
The first invalid database record is
wh3_default_land_ charactersvaeron_unique_ saboteur_1 in table cdir_military_generator_unit_qualities_tables and pack file The_Black_Sun_Fleet Faction pack
The application will terminate now.
