The answer would be yes in that case.
This version of the mod does not have a percentage slider, but you can increase the base income past 200 here.
It's possible that it was also a long time ago, since it looks like the actual original mod is no longer around, there's only the reuploaded version which I am basing this on.
It should be quite a bit more intuitive how it works, where 10% on the slider means your profits per workshop are 10% higher.
I'll see if I can get it out tomorrow.
The gold produced by each owned workshop is changed by mod base income * mod multiplier.
I might look a bit further into this, and see if it's possible to have it scale the actual income produced by the workshop, instead of how it works now.
I won't promise anything though, as I'm not that experienced with modding.
Just give you money for each workshop unrelated to the actual trade mechanics?
