wow this can be put with another cosmetic that's the first aid kit you can find in half-life 1 in creates the medic wears it on his side like a satchel it would go together perfectly in fact there's also something for the engee called the breadcrab which you can probebly already guess what that is and theres also a mask for pyro based off of the combine solder mask and finally theres a crowbar for the engee as a wrench and probebly more but seriously somone could make an entire inventory of half-life based stuff and even portal which is in the same univers so I wouldn't be surprised if you would find that in the same inventory
