First - trailer needs to be updated to 1.54.
Second - try newer skinpack. That one will be deleted soon or later.

Good evening, your skins are not working, exactly all the skins on the Kogel trailer! Please fix it, I will be very grateful if you fix the error. Skins does not work in the game.

This mod works only with Kogel trailers by Dotec. Skins for Krone or Wielton are separate mods.

I just need to buy a new trailer and go on paint ?
If yes the mod don't work form me ( krone and wielton too ).
Did I miss any information ?

Not yet. An update will be coming soon to add skins to the traffic and freight market
