how do you download it

I like the look, but i think it needs a tiny bit more detail. I know TF2 isn't supposed to have a lot of detail but i think this needs a little more. Over all though, I would use it if it had stats I liked. I think it would be interesting to give a sniper rifle that had, lets say -%10 damage per shot, but had +%15 chharge rate. That sounds good to me and I would use that.

The faster fire rate doesn't seem to make sense, the sniper rifle in Tf2 is a single bolt action :/ but the slower reload speed does balance that. How bout a 25% faster charge rate and then balance that out?

If you play TF2, does it say anywhere that your rifle has 1 round in it's magazine? No...
There isn't a magazine in ANY sniper rifle, so the magazine size is "0", It directly drains from the ammo pool, unlike the magazine I proposed

Looks good but why do we need 5% weapon switch and 2.5 movement speed? It seems kind of useless for sniper. He isn't supposed to be able to run away and shoot. I like the fact that it has an actual clip for semi-auto action tho and the reload speed de-buff will help nerf the semi-auto action

I like this primary, but im not into the secondary. It looks a little too...childish

The model is amazing, although i feel that the weapon may be a bit overpowered.
