If they dissapear when you spawn them in is because you need to do nav_generate.

Everytime when i spawn a Zombie Fast/Slow it ALWAYS popping up a Script Error, ill load into garrys mod on the same map [Yes it has Nav Mesh on it]

use nav_node i believe it is in the console and it will start configuring the map so the zombies can run around it will take time depeniding on how big the map is and the map will restart you can also do nav_save i think and it will save it so you wont have to do it everytime.

Also gm_construct automatically has a nav mesh, so you could just go on that map
